Hi,
We do this routinely. The specimen needs to be washed at least three
times with PBS. We use anti-IgM, IgD, IgG and IgA(all in FITC) from
Biosource International, Burlinggame, CA. These need to be paired with a B
cell marker. We routinely pair them with CD19 or CD20, depending on what
therapy the patients are getting. In difficult to interpret cases, use the
light chain reagents to compare.
