         Dear All,

I am looking to hear from anybody who has experience in (or
currently is) sorting chromosomes here in AUSTRALIA.

My lab is set up exclusively for sperm sorting, & although I've
sorted all sorts of everything in the past, chromosomes have not been part
of the experience.

We would like to isolate the X and Y chromosomes for producing X
and Y specific probes for application of FISH techniques on sorted sperm
from a variety of animal species.

         Regards

         Rob W.
