Dear Flowers, Please help if you have a PARTEC! I work in a USDA-ARS lab which recently purchased a PARTEC PAS flow cytometer. We are having some technical difficulty. The PARTEC people are helpful when we call them but with the time difference between Raleigh, NC and Germany if we forget to call early in the day we are out of luck. We work with lactic acid bacteria and L monocytogenes primarily. For example: we are going to use glass bottles for reservoirs so how do I disable the sheath and waste reservoir sensors so I can run a sample with the software? Also, there is no diagram of the equipment in the manuals that came with the PARTEC. Does anyone have information like this? Has anyone been to Germany for training? Janet Janet S.
