Hoechst and APC

Maris, I am quite sure that the background you are seeing in the APC
channel is the red fluorescence of the hoechst. I am told that you may have
a configuration problem with the MOFLO that can be rectified. I have spoken
with Zip and Allen about this and they may be able to help. I know that I
do not see this problem with the Vantage SE when I am running Argon(488nm),
HeNe(633nm) and UV(350nm) lasers in separate time windows.
