Flowers, I just had some people here at Dartmouth ask me about buying Macintosh software for flow analysis on their home computers. Needless to say, they were horrified at the cost of the usual software suspects. However, I did tell them that Ray Hick's FCSPress software is the one general purpose Mac software that I know about that comes within a fairly reasonable price range -- and is worth considering for home or individual lab use. I have wanted to put in a good word for this software on the network -- since it is underadvertised but nicely powerful, very good on grahics, and very easy to use. You can download a demo from http://www.fcspress.com/html/FCSPArea.html I have no financial interest in this software -- I just think it is worth considering! Alice Alice L.
