Hello Victoria,

Neutrophils are certainly a challenge.

A good reference is:

"Granulocyte Storage and Antigen Stability," by H. Chun, K. Cipplone, J.
Procter, and D.F. Stroncek in Transfusion vol 39, September 1999, pages
983-990.

Subject: degranulation?

Hi, I have a question. The question is: What do people do to prevent
peripheral blood neutrophils from degranulating during handling and
storage. Are there special reagents, media, or buffers that can be used?
Thank you in advance,
