Tony, Thanks for the warning. We do test & titer all antibodies before use in experiments - for that very reason. Some of the "human" reagents do have that very problem - typically we have been using dilutions in the 1:50 range. The CD4 and CD8 reagents are the only two so far that can be used at higher dilutions (regardless of fluorophore). I do appreciate the note in regards to the difference between NHP and human reagents that appear to be the same in the catalog. At least now I know why there is a difference in price.
