I'm team teaching a course called "Using Antibodies" with the EM and Hybridoma
facilities. Do any of you have a good lab exercize that you use to
demonstrate
the use of antibodies (titering, blocking, non-specific binding, etc)? I'd
appreciate some sure-fire suggestions. Obviously I'll use the Carlton
Stewart,
"Concentration is Everything", quotation and hand gesture.
