Thanks for all the mails , it was great help
Now I complete the information, after check all my protocols and after
wash the sample and incubate with PBS-SFB 1% , and some things change:

Th patien is a man, 21 years, that begin 2-3 weeks ago with a like
aplasia evolution, but last week the WBC increase and appears abnormal
cell.
The sample was periphereal blood, WBC, 23.000, with a very little
atypical cells. The  population of this litlle cells (low FSC, low SSC)
and low expresion of CD45 (Tipical region for B leukemias) is about
52.79% and was CD19(-), CD20(-), CD10(-), CD34(-),CD13(-), CD14(-),
CD33(-), HLA-DR(-),  CD16(-),  CD56(-),  CD3(-), CD4(+),  CD8(+),
CD2(+), CD7(+), CD5 dim,  MPO (-), TdT (+) and CD3cit.(+).
Finnaly I think that the diagnosis is clear T-LLA
