Hello,
The most probable diagnosis is T cell ALL or T cell lymphoma with leukemic
presentation. Staining for Tdt and cytoplasmic CD3 will be helpful - if you
get both positive: T ALL if only cyt. CD3: T cell lymphoma with leukemic
presentation.
