Dear Bessie CD8 is very occasionally expressed on B-cell CLL, I've come across a few cases. It would appear to have no clinical significance. a few papers have been published. You might want to check: B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia with CD8 expression: report of 10 cases and immunochemical analysis of the CD8 antigen.
