Sorry to barge in , but I was referred to you all for some guidance and
possible assistance, so thank you in advance. I will be taking over the flow
dept at our Hospital and the equipment is paid for but I am being asked to
show how to make it pay, we are a clinical facilty, no research. We currently
do Leukemia/ lymphoma panels, CD4/CD8, immunosuppresion. I would like to
expand our menus and do PAIg, stem cell enumeration(we have a program) and
other services. Could you clue me in or advise me on some business plan or
possible ways to save money in flow products/support etc. My crew will be
handling this and rotating thru the area, so there will not be only one
designated person, who is full time,they will have other responsibilities as
