We are currently using the coherent dual color Enterprise laser. Be aware that you can only regulate on one line. Therefore if you require 50mW UV, your output of 488 will be very high. I was told you could put neutral density filters in front of the 488 beam to reduce the power, but you cannot regulate it. I am a firm believer in two lasers. That way you can regulate both lines to their optimal settings for the excitation of your fluorochromes. Charles A.
