Hi, Flowers,

I am still trying to find an easy solution for intracellular Ca concentration
measurement.

Can I assume that Ionomycin totally collapses the calcium gradient across the
cell membrane and if the cells are suspended in a series of calibrated Ca
buffers (like MP # C-3009, Calcium Calibration Buffer Kit #2) the intracellular
concentration equals the buffer's?
