Sorry it takes an hour or more depending on how pure you want to go. I have
seen some samples from Nycomed that make the layering over the monoprep
easier.

Hello all,
I am looking for some info on how to isolate monocytes from whole blood. Is
there any companies that provide a mono prep? I've read all the info on
ficoll and percoll isolation and was hoping there was a less time consuming
way.
Thank you
