Hi John,

It's probably that visible part of the SIP on your problematic 
Calibur is longer than on the other one and it jams at the narrow 
bottom of cluster tubes. Fortunately, I think this is easily 
adjustable as I've noticed during the Bal seal replacement. Just 
unscrew the retainer at the top of the SIP and push the outer sleeve 
up as far as it will go and retighten the retainer. Before and after 
the adjustment, check the position of the SIP tip in the 12x75 tube 
by pushing the tube to the uppermost position.
