Hi, i'm trying to look at dendritic cells in bone marrow before and after T cell depletion.
Currently tryingthe BD dendritic cell mix Lin-1/CD123/Anti HLA DR/CD11c.
Any of you have any experience looking at this.. am i on the right track? 
The populations i see seem to be pretty different than the PBL populations shown in the BD catalog.
Would really appreciate feedback.
