Coulter-Immunotech and many other companies are very good about
sending data sheets,etc. if you call them up and ask them for a look. That
is exactly how I received my first information. The F and P reagents that
I described are based on the data sheet and my other experience with
saponin-based lysing solutions from my old lab in Dallas. I don't think
you will need to buy the kit to get the protocol. Give them a call and see
what happens. I would be surprised if you couldn't, but .... maybe you
could include your FAX number in your e-mail address and we could exchange
some information and references.
