high speed sorters: survey of customers satisfaction

Dear Flowers,

As I mentioned in the first resume many moflo users responded (11) and were
very happy with their machine.  After that I still received a number of
positive BD Vantage users responses (6), Coulter Altra users responses (3)
and another 2 moflo users responses.  

In conclusion, I now realise that the respons to such a question (type "are
you satisfied or not") allways results in quite some reporting bias:  people
that are satisfied with their machine tend to respond, whereas the people
coping with frustrating problems and troubleshooting simply are not in the
mood or have no time to react, unless they are so angry that they spit it
out.  

And honesty prevails that I also got a serious negative reaction from a
moflo user who is struggling for almost a year now with a machine that
doesn't work properly: from him I also know that there are several moflo
customers that have serious starting-up problems.
