I am performing flow cytometric analysis fo E. coli on a Coulter Epics
XL-MCL. I am wondering if there is any software out there that is able
to interpret the histogram or listmode data. I need to be able to
separate two peaks into separate populations statistically. The way I
would like to do it, is to be able to have the peaks normalized
individually and have the number of events under the peaks come out as a
percentage of the total number of events. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.
