Dear Jeff,
we are allways filtering and filling sheath fluid tanks in the laminar flow
cabinet. Actually we have trown out all in-line filtering devices because
in our experience they give nothing but trouble (contamination build-up,
partial cloughing and pressure drop, shedding of fibre material in the
sheath line etc...) Off course this was our experience when we started
sorting (i.e. a decade ago), maybe by now there are some better materials
available.
I hope this satisfies your curiousity.
best regards,
Dirk
