Subject: Canine Cytometry

Dear All,

We are trying to detect cell surface markers to determine B and T cells in
canine. Does any one have any suggestions as to who manufacturers
antibodies for canine. I see that Pharmingen does, but are they the only
one? Plus I am interested in a marker that detects only lymphocytes in
canine to reassure myself that I am gating the correct population. CD45 was
used in the monkey, and rat, and I recieved the results that I was looking
for, but Pharmingen human cell surface molecule CD45 does not cross react
with canine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
