Dear Flowers

Some users had problems with the new setup program for Flow Explorer 3.5
I have no idea what causes it. I used the new visual installer software that
comes with Visual Studio 6.0. It should work for both windows9x and
windowsNT.
I made now an extra setup package in the standard visual basic way. It is on
the web site now.
