Ron, we used to use a bi-Anti-PE system: Stain with PE-antibody. Wash, then stain with bi-anti-PE. Wash, then come in with Av-PE. The last two steps can be repeated ad nauseum (until you are naseous). The anti-PE came from Peter Lansdorp (at the Terry Fox in Vancouver).
