Dear Flowers, we want to look for proliferating B-cells in blood from patients with a CLL. The proliferating fraction we see in the ficoll prepared blood is about 0.1 to 0.3%. Are there any experiences with sorting this fraction out or enrich it? Because for sorting this results in only about 1 to 3 cells per second in a standard FACS, which is rather poor.
