immunohistochem question

Hi,
  To my last question, I want to add that I am going to try staining with
anti-neutrophil, T cell, etc antibodies.  But I am told that
Immunofluorescence staining on matrigel sections can be tricky.  Does
anyone have experience with ths?
  This is why I was looking for a simple stain that would differentially
stain the different cell types.
