immunohistochem question

Dear fellow flow-ers,
      I apologise for asking an immunohistochemistry question on the flow
newsgroup. If anyone knows of a good immunohischemistry newsgroup, please
let me know.

  My question is: I have samples of matrigel with a mix of transfected HEK
(human embryonic kidney) cells, and infiltrating murine leukocytes. I have
tried an H and E stain, but am having trouble distinguishing between the
transfectants and the infiltrating cells. Of course, I also donot know
what type of cells are infiltrating. I assume they are mostly neutrophils.
   Does anyone know of a good way to differentiate between the
transfectants and other cells. Giemsa, alkaline phosphatase?

  Any help or tips anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated!!!!
