Turbo-sort

Hi, Flowers,
We are considering a turbo-sort upgrade to our dual laser FACStarPlus.
For those of you who have this upgrade, could you let me know: 1) What is
the normal rate at which you can sort? 2) What kind of purity and yield
(how many of the total number available to be sorted could you recover?)?
3) Is there a major adjustment to the instrument every time there is a
change from high-speed to low-speed and vice-versa? 4)What is the
consequence of using polygonal gating (SEM) during a sort? 5) How about the
use of two lasers and its effect on the sorting capability? 6) How often do
you do high-speed sorts?
Thanks,
Kathy
