Justin Fishbaugh (justin-fishbaugh@uiowa.edu) here at the University of
Iowa Flow Cytometry core suggested I email you directly to ask if you know
of  any possible protocols for sorting cells by labeling a cytoplasmic
protein (i.e. intermediate filament proteins like keratins or vimentin)? I
would appreciate any suggestions you can make. We need to enrich our cell
population for only those cells that are expressing a particular
intermediate filament for upcoming molecular work.
