I have recently come across a number of MS Word files corrupted with a virus. This could be the reason for your problems. Dr. Solomon's Virex version 5.9.1 took care of the problem. If your computer gets used by a lot of different people as mine does, I would recommend getting a virus protection program and then check for updates/upgrades every month. All that appears is gibberish no matter what choice I make for the conversion. Is there a solution to this problem? Dr. Kevin G.
