Paraffin-specimens DNA content

Hello flow people

I would like to ask you which would be the most appropriate (or the most
result-promising) methodology for single nuclei/cells preparation from
paraffin embedded specimens of soft tissue sarcomas. Does anyone have some
experience in preparing such samples and do they differ somewhat from the
other tumors particularly in results of phases assesment (to cut the long
story short, what should I expect to obtain?).
Please, consider the situation that I didn't have expirienced, yet DNA
content analysis from paraffin embedded tissues.

I would appreciate any information as well as some references!!!
Thanks in advance
