FCS file editing

Dear Flow-ers,

I have a bunch of FCS files (MAC-BD generated) which I would like to hand
over to a local
college for educational purposes. The problem I have is that each file has
the patient's name
and URN attached to it - presumably somewhere in the header. 

Does anyone know of a way of editing this information out for
confidentiality purposes ??
