I was just looking through Biophtonics International. Beats me why I got a copy. In it there is an article about using SYBR Green to look at viruses in sea water. Anybody around here ever do this? It sounded rather interesting. Being in Kentucky I'm short on seawater, but we have the Ohio river and lots of lakes about. It made me wonder about looking at the effects of pollution on water viral load. Most people probaby recall hearing about bacteria warnings in swimming areas at one time or another. Plus we have several chicken processing plants and so on around here that might produce interesting results. OTOH, they might produce frightening results, who knows. thanks everybody Chris
