  Position Title:   QA Manager

  Description:

  Responsible for managing the Quality Assurance audit activities to assure
  BDIS' compliance to internal and Corporate policies and procedures and to
  external regulations (FDA, UL, TUV, ISO 9000, etc.). Manage internal education
  activities to help assure that BDIS will pro-actively conform to procedural
  and regulatory requirements. Manage the maintenance and improvement of BDIS'
  quality systems.  Act as advisor to subordinates, teams, and other departments
  on matters of compliance. Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and
  performance requirements.

  Qualifications:
  Typically required a BS in a related scientific/engineering discipline and
  five years experience in quality assurance, quality control, or regulatory
  affairs in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry including two years
  of management experience, or equivalent combination of related education and
  experience.  Knowledge of current FDA, QSR, ISO9000 requirements for medical
  devices.  Demonstrated ability to manage audit function and quality training
  and knowledge of process improvement activities.  Flow cytometry experience
  preferred.
