Hi Janet,

There are a number of companies out there who make conjugated Annexins. I
too have a lot of users using GFP-tagged cells where we need to get away
from FITC. I use a PE-conjugated Annexin from Pharmingen. They also do a
biotinylated version as do Oncogene. Caltag market an APC-conjugated
version - and I am sure that there are others out there as well. 

Presumably though you would also want to add a DNA dye for live/dead
exclusion, so a  PE version would allow you to use 7AAD on a single laser
machine or TO-PRO-3 on a dual laser Calibur.
