Hi Mike,

1. First check in Acquisition & Storage window under Parameters Saved
if you are saving FL-3 Area. It could be as simple as that.

2. You can switch P5 and P6 to be from 1-st laser, there should be a
pop-up menu there in Det/Amp window under Laser.

3. If both cards (17 and 18) are turned ON in BDPAC/Control Panel,
check from Pulse Processing window in CellQuest which card is G1 and
which is G2 card by selecting parameter from pop-up window and looking
on a card itself to see which red diode is going ON. On my Vantage G1
is Card 18. After that, when you select FL-3 Area from Pop-up in
Det/Amp be careful to choose FL-3 Area from a card (pop-up menu is
divide on G1 and G2 fields) that has FL-3 for processing.

Hope this helps,
Sasha
