Could anyone help me out with instrument setttings for the Vantage using Pheonix flow's APO-BRDU apoptosis kit. My Vantage has its pulse processing card in slot 17 and I set up my parameters for acquisition with FL-3 area on parameter 8. I did this because parameters 5 and 6 were apparently set to use the 2nd laser and I was using only the 488nm Argon laser. After acquiring the data, which looked fine during acquisition, I wasn't able to pull up the FL3 Area parameter on my analysis dot plots. If anyone has had any experience using Pheonix Flow's APO BrdU kit on the Vantage and can help me out, I'd be much obliged. I spent quite some time preparing these sample and it would be a shame if I couldn't analyze the data. Thanks in Advance. Mike -@CHOC
