The binding in terms of absolute number of molecules per cell that you
wrote in response to Bill Hyun, is that the same as MESF? My lab is
interested in examining mean fluorescence(from staining with monoclonal
antibody) in a cell population as an indicator that can correlate to a
clinical condition. The purpose of the study is to determine if there is
any correlation. I recommended to the investigator that mean fluorescence
may be best to look at as well as percent positives. Can you make
recommendations on how to proceed and if FlowJo is suitable for this
application. Thank you for your help. Vincent FALCO
