Subject: Cyclin B

Do any of you people out there know if a MoAb is available against
cyclin B or B1 that is conjugated to PE (or any fluorochrome other than
FITC that is suitable for FCM)? I am at a loss for where to look next
after checking out the sources of purified anti-cyclin B or B1 antibodies
listed in the Linscott's Directory without success.
Also, are there any strictly M phase-specific MoAb available other
than to p105?
I am asking these questions because I am attempting to verify the
results from a flow cytometric assay I have been developing through use of
independent cell cycle markers. I need to be able to separate cells
expressing cyclin B(1) into subsets through co-staining with other MoAbs
labeled with FITC.
I hope someone out there can help me with this!
