Ingrid,
If you have an HP with the correct version of Pascal (with or without Lysis
II) you can purchase a conversion program from Verity Software House called
WHPPC. If you have just a few files I believe they have something called HP
Reader for reading HP formated disks on a PC. Both are for a PC only (I
think). Their number is (207) 729-6767.

Subject: Converting LYSIS II file to MAC readable format

Hello flowers,
I have a particular problem with respect to reanalysis of "old stuff
files" which were accquired using HP/LYSIS II. Since all attempts to find
an HP
still running with LYSIS II and capable of opening these files failed so
far, I would really appreciate any suggestions about how
to convert best.
Since almost everybody in this area is running CellQuest on MAC I would
naturally favour to convert my files into a CellQuest-readable format.
However, any other hint is desperatedly desired as well...
