Hi Everyone,

One of the researcher here at HMS wants to perform some interesting
experiment, but I never did anything like that before. Could anyone help?

'I have a question concerning staining of RNA within
liposomes. I am trying to devise an assay for studying the
ability of non-enveloped viruses to transfer RNA into a
cell or liposome. What dyes are best for this purpose?
What is the smallest diameter of liposome that can be
detected? I have a FACS Calibur. Any other additional
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.'
