     We are a service facility, which deal with various investigator form 
     different backgrounds. We are conducting intracellular cytokines 
     detection in lymphocyte and other cell lines (epithelial, etc) using 
     flow, I have some questions I need to clarify:
     
     1-  What positive and negative control we should use for our assay?
     2-  What is the mitogen required for production Th1 cytokines only?
     3-  What is the mitogen required for production Th2 cytokines only?
