Dave, At 05:47 PM 6/9/99 -0700, thus did you send forth: >We also use fileguard for logging on our analysis and acquisition workstations. >We have version 3.2.1 installed on our 7300s, 7600, and G3s. It is an easy >workaround, however, as one needs only click on the desktop and create the >folders from there. Other than that fileguard has not caused any problems and >is an extremely useful program for tracking usage and accurate billing. What operating system do you have on the 7300s and 7600? We don't have this incompatibility problem, but we are running OS 7.5.3 (7600s) with FileGuard 3.0.5 and OS 8.1 (7300) with FileGuard 3.1.2. I was thinking of upgrading to 3.2.1, but maybe I should hold off on that, especially since the version I have already does everything I need it to. --Janet ---------------------------------------- Janet E.
