I need to find a way of harvesting adherent RBL cells without disrupting 
their Fc epsilon receptor, so that they can be sensitised with IgE and 
challenged.  So facr I've tried trypsin which seems to disrupt their 
receptor and I've also tried 0.2% EDTA, which seems to kill most of the 
cells.  I'm open to any suggestions.  Please e-mail me directly.
