Hello flow-ers, DAF-2 diacetate is a cell permeable fluorescence indicator currently on the market for use in identifying nitric oxide by fluorescence microscopy. I was wondering if anyone out there has had experience in using diaminofluoresciens (DAF's) as indicators of nitric oxide production in cells by flow cytometry?
