Dear flow-ers,
Is there anybody here, who knows anything about the effect of
S-nitrosoglutathion (GSNO)
on P-selectin expression on human platelet in platelet-rhich plasma ?

I see, that GSNO is a potent antiplatelet compound. Its IC50 value is 50 nM
for thrombin-induced
platelet aggregation.

Why I measure only 20 % inhibition of P-selectin expression with 10 microM
GSNO if platelets were activated with 10 microM TRAP-5

If you have suggestion, please ansewer !

Many thanks

A. Boros
