Hi Flow People,
Has anyone used the Martek PBXL dyes in multiple color systems?  I am
interested in experiences with either PBXL-1 (488nm excited) or PBXL-3
(633nm excited) and their overlap and compensation with PE, Red 613,
PharRed, and Fitc (if any).  Also is there any reported steric hindrance
when staining with PE in a one step cocktail?
