canine Ig's by flow

We have a method in place for performing canine Immunoglobulins (IgG, M and E)
by ELISA but were wondering if there is a way to perform them by flow
cytometry. If anyone has a method they could share with us it would be greatly
appreciated. Along the same line, we've been asked to measure SRBC Specific
Serum IgM in canine. Have found methods by ELISA and the old plaque-forming
method, but not a flow method. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.
