Greg,

We are running FlowJo on our network and it has performed very well. We now
teach tutorials every other week and many are impressed with the flexibility of
and logical batch analysis package. Using common templates built into FlowJo we
are able to link analysis together with different instruments. In addition.
data from spreadsheets can be imported into databases for additional stat
analysis.

Hello,

My name is Greg, I am a graduate student at the University of Calgary,
Canada.

Here we have one Flow cytometry facility with an experienced operator
whom will gather all the data and then gate everything for us.

I want to gate all the data myself and I wanted opinions on what the
most user friendly, effective, and cost efficient program to use is.

We just got a new Mac, so we are limited to using Mac software (WinMDI
2.8 only works for PC right?)

We are looking at FLOWJO, so any comments about this program would be
much appreciated,

Thanks in advance for you help,

Greg Neely
