No, I haven't. But I wanted to voice my support in the question. I thought
about this a while ago when I had a really hard time setting up an ELISA.
I didn't go as far as sorting, but I wondered if it were possible to
detect proteins in supernatants by binding with fluoresecently tagged
antibodies.
